The IC regulates input voltage VI(up to 18V) to fixed output voltage (1.2V to 5.25V) with ±3% precision. Ideal for low standby current applications connected to preregulators. Not suitable for direct battery connection. Enables on/off control. Small PG-SCT595 package. Designed for automotive applications, protected against overload, short circuit, and overtemperature. Can be used in other applications requiring stabilized voltage (1.2V to 5.25V).
